Deb Arenz has 28 years of experience working in small to midsize museums, associations, and nonprofits with specialized experience in administration, collections management, grant writing and fundraising, member engagement, database and website management, and board development. Deb has direct understanding of the challenges faced by nonprofits in rural areas and small cities, and is excited to assist museums and arts and humanities organizations in fulfilling their mission in creative, practical, and inspiring ways.

Paul Eisloeffel

Paul Eisloeffel has worked as an archivist for over forty years, with half of that focused on the management and use of audiovisuals (sound recordings and moving images). His career started in Southern California, but mostly has been in the Plains, at the Kansas City Museum and the Nebraska State Historical Society. He has consulted with archives throughout the Midwest and Plains.

He has been involved in several audiovisual grant projects, including the production of a guide to managing moving images and preservation reformatting of historically significant audiovisuals. He manages a lab for the digitization of 16mm film. He has been active in teaching a new generation of audiovisual archivists.

Susan Reckseidler

Susan Reckseidler is a seasoned interpretive planner with 25 years of experience in small and medium-sized museums and living history environments. With a career dedicated to creating engaging, informative and visitor-centered exhibits, Susan has a proven track record of transforming complex historical and cultural narratives into accessible and compelling experiences. Known for a collaborative approach, Susan excels at working with museum staff, community stakeholders, and subject matter experts to develop interpretive strategies that resonate with diverse audiences. Susan’s expertise lies in balancing creative storytelling with practical implementation, ensuring each project is both innovative and achievable.

Jacob Summerville

Jacob Summerville has a diverse digital media background, ranging from journalism and photography to digital layout and marketing. Gaining work experience in journalism from Southeastern Louisiana University, he moved from Louisiana to Nebraska in 2022 where he expanded his skill set at the American Historical Society of Germans from Russia. He helped the organization with marketing data analytics, layout and design for original publications, and managing inventory for the Society’s online store. Now located in Columbia, Missouri, Jacob runs his own photography company, J Summerville Photography, LLC.
